Hey everyone , I am so glad to be a patient of BMC but i am writing this comment for the genius ,most helpful, intelligent and such a sweetie operator javariya t she is such a down to earth person she helped me so much in my task i never saw her in the clinic or in the front desk but beta javariya Thankyou so much for helping me out you are such best person Khush raho abad raho❤️ Bmc and their staff i love them
I had an appointment with dr sazia Today ( saturday) hillside ave,when we reached there they said you don't have appointment and the lady who was on the front desk she wearing scarf and galsses she was very rude and her customer service is 0,then i asked to sofia she helped me. Sofia is very professional and kide person,she always ready to help others.thank you.
I was advised to get blood work done and I am only free from work on sat. Since the BMC near my place opens at 2, I called this centre but the girl in customer service or front desk sounded arrogant. She was acting childish and was not at at helpful. They should have someone mature to talk to the customers.
Service is always pleasant with a smile. I been with this clinic since 2008,and I am very satisfied with there service
