Worst patient service. Rude staff
The wait time is horrible. How can nine people be ahead of me for a scheduled appointment? They have to understand the value of other people's time.
The front desk staff called Param is very arrogant ,rude ,and unprofessional.She did not let me finish saying why I called and then rudely asked for the date of birth of the patient without letting me finish .When i said can I have an earlier appointment since the pharmacy closes early on Saturdays and my kids have flu and I need the medication for them she said find a pharmacy with longer hours then.And when I said you are not professional at all and not good for this job since no compassion she said that’s your opinion I d... read more
I went there for my appointment the appointment was at 1 pm and until 2:30 there were two more patients still ahead of me like why would you over book n make people wait for hours n waste there time I had to leave after wasting my time n not even checked by doctor this is so frustrating
Very friendly environment in Hicksville office. Doctor Mushahid is an excellent doctor as well as the staff, specially Sr. Asma & Sidra
