This place is a nightmare. I’d dread coming here for my appointments. First of all, the wait time is 1-2 hours regardless being scheduled! A lot of people have the same complaint and they seriously need to fix this. Second, one of the receptionist is extremely rude, she shut the phone call on my mom and has been pretty rude to me as well. Third, they are careless! They Stall on sending the prescribed medicine to the pharmacy. And also lost my sister’s immunization paperwork once. Its actually ridiculous Do better
Extremely unprofessional clinic. The front desk staff are disorganized and incompetent. On one occasion, they scheduled me with Dr. Farooqi, but when I arrived I was told it wasn’t even his clinic day and they could only do blood work. Despite the doctor never seeing me, the office repeatedly called asking for a copay. Yesterday, I returned for a scheduled blood test, but the front desk suddenly refused to do it and told me my annual exam was due next week.
