The only company I would use for service, always top tier! Efficient, knowledgeable, great customer service.They really take pride in the work they do and their goal is always to make sure my systems are repaired with quality parts and precise service. 10/10 every time.
I do not recommend hiring this company. In short: poor workmanship, poor business practices, poor customer service. -Technicians didn't arrive with proper tools to do the work. -Technicians cut holes in newly installed vapor barrier with no intention or ability to patch it. -Technicians didn't properly charge the HVAC system, didn't properly install the drain line, equipment froze as a result and later leaked all around the unit. -CEO demanded payment prior to system functioning properly and listed charges for materials the ... read more

I've used them twice for AC issues. They have always been nice and professional, no-nonsense in their work.
Had a great experience with My Aire. My AC was leaking water and needed repair. They were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It was easy to schedule an appointment, Alan was awesome over the phone. My service technician Cody was awesome as well. Overall great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
