Dimitris was very knowledgeable and spent the time we needed to explain all the different benefits of each mattress. I have had back problems for years and finding a mattress that fits my needs has been difficult. I am so grateful for the 120 days I have to try the mattress and if it doesn’t work for my needs I can come in and change it.
Return customer here! I was looking for the same mattress I previously purchased here but in a king size. Dimitris was very helpful with my questions over the phone and stated they had an upgraded version in the showroom to confirm it was still what I wanted. We went in to test the upgraded version & Dimitris made the purchasing process quick and easy!
