They sell stuff they don't have. Waste of time
These people are the worst. I needed Pylex stair stringers for a time-critical project. When I called, the salesperson told me they had plenty in stock (over 80) and that if I placed the order they would arrive in 3-4 days. They lied, took me over the coals on shipping cost, and botched the order. Instead of supplying the items from stock, they had the manufacturer in Canada ship them to me by ground, despite that they charged me $90 for a 25 lb shipment that was purportedly from AZ to California.
