Order was to install 3 storm doors same as the ones replaced. One was fine, second storm door has air bubbles in the tempered glass and was told by Will that was fine even though it is going to shatter at some point. The third door had a 10 inch by 17-inch pet door and the one installed has a 13 inch by 25-inch pet door with our dog only being 8 pounds and who's scared to death of the door. A long overdue review on a job really well done. Will and his crew repaired our neglected leaky tile shower back in December while we were not here and it had plenty of time to cure. Beautiful recaulk, perfection on fixing the drywall at the base of the shower, and a seamless matching of new baseboard trim to match the old. We had a bathroom vanity installed by Albert. He was very professional and fast. I would highly recommend him for a job. Best Man Home Service is great!
Well, they did it again they came to my rescue. My basement had water in it Will made sure he got here and took care of things. Apparently part of my pipes had frozen and he stayed until everything was taken care of. The people at this business are so kind and caring the office staff when I call and I’m upset because something‘s going wrong with the plumbing they take their time with me and really show how much they care. Thank you Will for showing up and getting things straightened out for me.
