At Best Malta Fitness we focus on helping you reach your fitness goals safely and quickly. We are located within Malta Chiropractic and Sports Rehab and our programs are overseen by our clinical director, who is a licensed Chiropractor, Olympic Lifting Coach, and Personal Trainer. We have a program that fits everyone's needs: from those new to fitness, military personnel, emergency response teams, professional level athletes. We offer one on one personal training and small/large group programs.

I can't recommend Best Malta Fitness enough. I trained with Dr Waqas at the beginning of this year for 30 sessions. I was new to weight training. Before that, I had done mostly cardio with only a few light weight days here and there. During my time, I learned how to appropriately lift multiple ways and that I am far more capable than I ever thought I was. Dr Waqas knew I have a knee problem and it acts up from them to time. I have been training with Dr Waqas for many years and he always tailors the workouts to challenge me personally. Over the past year, we have focused more on weight training. As a woman in her 40s who spent many workouts focused on cardio; weight training with Dr Waqas and Nick is extremely challenging but with a great deal of encouragement. They have all the equipment to mix up your workouts - battle ropes, tire flips and kettle bells. They keep you guessing and coming back for more!
Originally signed up for just 10 sessions, but liked it so much I added 10 more. Each session has been different, challenging, and fun. I’ve learned lots of new moves and techniques that I can use for my own workouts. I highly recommend coming here.
I started personal training with Waqas because I wanted to level up my workouts and learn more about strength training. He does a great job at teaching while training and I can already see a huge difference. I leave every training session with more knowledge and skills that I can use on my own in the future.
I chose best malta fitness to allow me to target the intangibles of my physically demanding lifestyle. I had a neck injury that set me back a few months before getting back into the gym. Rather than hitting the ground running again, I was able to refine all the details that goes into form. Exploring more dynamics in working out here has led me to feel ready for whatever the day has to offer. Awesome staff!
