A while ago, i was getting my home ready to sell and needed professional carpet cleaning for two high-traffic rooms. i usually use a small personal machine once a year or when needed, but this time the carpets needed a deeper steam clean and stain treatment. I've used this carpet cleaning company twice now in Lynn, and I have no plans to look anywhere else. Each time, the team has been friendly and made sure I was happy with the results. Their communication is excellent—they send helpful reminders, keep you updated, and even offer to move your appointment up if they get an earlier opening. So far, they've been flexible with every request I've had, always finding a way to help. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services and will definitely use them again.

When he arrived, he was very polite and walked through my home, explaining what he planned to do. He also a... read more
