We had our carpets cleaned in our home in Lynn and also chose the pet treatment service. The price was fair and the service was excellent. We needed to reschedule our appointment at the last minute, and Best Lynn Carpet Care was very understanding and flexible with our request. The team arrived right on schedule and got to work cleaning both the upstairs and downstairs carpets at the same time. Austin and Cesar were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They paid close attention to detail, even putting protective corner guards on the walls to keep the hoses from scuffing the paint. Fantastic service! I usually don't leave reviews unless the service is truly outstanding, and that's exactly what I experienced with this carpet cleaning company. Cesar was very friendly and explained each step of the cleaning process as he worked. We have light-colored carpet throughout our home in Lynn, and some areas had become darkened from heavy foot traffic. We had an urgent carpet cleaning situation and needed help fast. Cesar answered our call and really saved the day! We paid a bit more for same-day service, but it was definitely worth it and still more affordable than the big carpet cleaning companies. They arrived on time, were respectful of our situation, took care with our home, and—most importantly—did an amazing job. Our carpet looked and smelled so much better. We really appreciate their hard work and will use them again in the future.
