I’ve had multiple appointments with them and was always punctual. Yet time and again, I ended up waiting, sometimes 20, even 35 minutes past my scheduled time, because they were still finishing with another client. I never complained. I was patient and understanding. Today, I called ahead to let them know I’d be 10 minutes late due to traffic. Their response? They couldn’t take me anymore because it would delay the next guest.
