My haircut was 5 star, she took her time and it came out great. This was my first time there and I walked in and no one was at the front counter so I sat down, I was then asked if I had an appointment which I did, for 10.30 with Fallon. Nothing more was said and I was left waiting over 25 minutes. I had no idea if she was at work or just behind. This experience was 1 star as I was very disappointed with their lack of customer service. Not a good way to start with a new customer.
