Went for a cut and colour with Alaina and she killed it! So happy with how efficient she was as well as how she payed attention to detail. First time visit but definitely will not be my last! The environment is awesome overall!
I am so disappointed. I waited years since Covid hit. To get my hair cut. Itge whole experience is maddening and disappointing. It started with Washing my hair so vigorously and getting soap in my ears repeatedly. Then for consult, I asked to keep my hair long enough to pull back for work. I wanted layers tapered (my hair was down to my waist). I showed how much I wanted off. I requested layers long layers and she even repeated it back to me. Also I requested curtain bangs. My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced here and they were so lovely, understanding, knowledgeable and empathetic. Highly recommend!
