I visited PA for our motorcycle rally and after completing the PA Tail of the Dragon I got a flat tire. I called the dealership and spoke with Butch. He asked for me to get the bike to him and he would have it taken care of. With in 2 hours, I was able to get the bike to him, the new tire was installed, and I was back on the road. Kevin was very helpful. I was riding through to Wellsboro and stopped off to see the shop. My bike is new but the check engine light keeps coming on. I was amazed that they were open on a Monday. I asked if he could take a look. He did and determined that the clutch lever was loose and he fixed it right up. I bought a shirt. Very friendly people. Can’t speak to sales but Larry was very friendly and has been there for some time.
