GREAT SALESMAN at first GOT THE SALE DONE WHERE I NEEDED TO BE..IT TOOK CLOSE TO A FEW WEEKS TO FINALLY GET THE MT100 MACHINE. OK I GET IT.. I SUGGEST READING THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH BEST LINE. Absolutely terrible and they lie!!!! For several months I have tried to purchase a Stihl power washer part and have been lied to. They "forgot" to order it, then I talked to to someone who promised a four day turnaround and a phone call. 4 weeks later no call. Called today and they stated it is a "made to order part".
