The HR department is one of the many things that drives their employees away. They take offense to when employees leave and do not do their due diligence when an employee decides to better themselves and excel. I had to remind them to fill out the correct paperwork to notify my retirement account so it could be moved. I found out later that it was rolled over into a different account and they were not able to provide information, without doing research to explain what happened.
