Bus two hours late. Customer service sucked. I call twice once to let him bust was an almost hour late. The guy offered refund for the our. Second time I called was to let him know he still not there. He answered rude saying wasn't his problem. He can just refund me the money and cancel bus. I just wanted to inform him to refund the second our as well. Needed bus for daughter 15 couldn't cancel. Been a few days still haven't heard about refund. Just horrible service.
Would highly recommend!
