I paid them to help me close out a permit that was left open by the previous owner. They have not responded or answered any calls since that time. Numerous emails and calls with no response. I guess they have stolen my money and my permitting is expiring so I have to start over. All I needed was a drawing of the existing panel.
During the two years that I've been a customer of Best Lighting, they have proven to be very professional, price competitive, and very customer service orientated. I've recommended them to many people, and will continue to do so. This is one of the best electrical contracting firms that I've used.
