I had a really great experience at my recent primary care visit. From the moment I walked in, the front desk girl Kelly was welcoming, professional, and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The provider Melinda took the time to actually listen to my concerns without rushing, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. The is a wonderful family practice office. Will be using other services available eventually! One stop shop! From the girls at the front desk until the time you see the doctor! So kind, make eye contact, return phone calls, care about your concerns, actually answer the phone without a 30 min hold time even!!! Reminds me of how it used to be, when people actually cared about each other. I highly recommend!!!
I would rate the experience 6 stars if possible. From the check-in to scheduling a follow-up, this practice is dialed in. Exactly what I was looking for in a provider that treats the body as a whole. They were on time with the scheduled appointment and made sure the experience as a new patient was as good as it gets. I’m excited to continue care with this team!
