Updated review: Paid $1600 for a half-day retreat at Best Life-ing. The main issue was the booking process. The 48-hour no cancellation policy isn’t clearly communicated at the time of booking, and we called back within minutes to cancel and were told we couldn’t. For context, comparable services at nearby hotel spas run significantly less, so worth shopping around. Incredible day retreat with the group at Best Life-ing recently. I did the biowell test, acupuncture massage and reiki. Left feeling extremely relaxed and honestly had one of the best nights sleep ever that evening. I did a spa pass retreat which gives you full access to the spa, pool and beach areas at Carillon Wellness resort which was ideal for time in between sessions.
