Terrible customer service, does not respond to their customers emails, fails to return phone calls as promised and will ghost you on a dispute.
It is VERY hard these days to find a company that allows you to speak to a person right away when you call them and Ausband Chapman Insurance Company does. Henry Wentz has been taking care of my personal and company insurance needs for years. I am very happy and highly recommend these folks.
