Do NOT use Aetna insurance! Don't let them fool you. They do not have integrity or compassion. Their callous and unethical actions have devastated us! We are now being balance billed over $100,000 for a procedure. I have spent over 40 hours on the phone with them, compiling information and submitting appeals. My husband is alive, but we might be homeless soon. 😭 NEVER USE AETNA!!!
