HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not trust them!! They will not honor their warranty or their word. We bought a lot of new instruments at the AAO meeting and several did not work correctly (i. e. hemostats would not hold elastic ties when placing them because tips didn't align). We sent them back for replacement as instructed and under the 1 year warranty. We have called 3 times to find out when they would ship out new ones and were told soon but they never send them.
