I shared this on their Facebook Page, but they are so wonderful, I thought I'd share here....Outstanding service. Superb care. Everyone is so helpful. There have been a few times the staff recommended something that I did not know was even possible. Yes, they're a business, but they care more about the patient than the patient's money. We have 3 generations in our family who all now go there because of their excellence.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Rankin recently. I have seen other doctors there previously, and they are all great! Dr. Rankin was very personable, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. Top notch customer service!
The exam was thorough and I was excited to get new frames that I hoped would address issues with fit I had in the past. However, the frames were crooked and the nose pads were starkly uneven. They suggested my eyebrows were uneven, even though no prior opticians adjusting my previous frames hinted at that! Maybe they were just having a bad day but I had to go elsewhere to get them adjusted.
