The exam was thorough and I was excited to get new frames that I hoped would address issues with fit I had in the past. However, the frames were crooked and the nose pads were starkly uneven. They suggested my eyebrows were uneven, even though no prior opticians adjusting my previous frames hinted at that! Maybe they were just having a bad day but I had to go elsewhere to get them adjusted.
Wonderful experience, just recently switched our family to this office and happy we did so. All of the staff is wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend.
Very professional and timely. No hard sell on new glasses. My history is in their computers so I am evaluated every year with my history. Can’t recommend enough.
Excellent office Staff, great location. Dr. Habig is great. All staff makes you feel very welcome and cared for through every step of the appointment. I wish I would have started coming here years ago!
This was first time. Was very pleased with all the staff. No one was in a hurry, took lots of time and explained everything clearly. Only disappointment was starting June 1 our insurance will not be accepted.
