I shared this on their Facebook Page, but they are so wonderful, I thought I'd share here....Outstanding service. Superb care. Everyone is so helpful. There have been a few times the staff recommended something that I did not know was even possible. Yes, they're a business, but they care more about the patient than the patient's money. We have 3 generations in our family who all now go there because of their excellence.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Rankin recently. I have seen other doctors there previously, and they are all great! Dr. Rankin was very personable, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. Top notch customer service!
They are always friendly and willing to help you with whatever your needs are. I can’t say enough good things about Leslie and Sharron who assist me with my glasses purchases. They really take the time to help you feel comfortable and make sure that you’re happy with your purchase. All of the eye physicians there are also great to work with and they make sure that you get the most out of your vision and glasses.
