Very professional and timely. No hard sell on new glasses. My history is in their computers so I am evaluated every year with my history. Can’t recommend enough.
Excellent office Staff, great location. Dr. Habig is great. All staff makes you feel very welcome and cared for through every step of the appointment. I wish I would have started coming here years ago!
This was first time. Was very pleased with all the staff. No one was in a hurry, took lots of time and explained everything clearly. Only disappointment was starting June 1 our insurance will not be accepted.
Late by 20 min getting there because interstate 70 was shut down. 40 was backed up and 52 was one lane construction. Called to let them know we would be 20 minutes late. When arriving was greeted by the rude receptionist. Was told it was too late because we were the last appointment of the day at 3pm when they close at 5. She didn’t check with the Dr. She just made the decision it was too late even though they didn’t close for two more hours.
