Nancy and her workers are efficient, high quality in their workmanship and above all - love their pets while grooming. The outcome is always wonderful, my dog is always happy to go in and even more joyous to be "fixed up" upon leaving. She struts all day long for several days after being at Best of Show. They care and are comfortable with all animals - their kindness shows in the acceptance of each animal that goes in to be groomed.
