I ordered a swing set from Best in Backyards to be put up before Mother’s Day 2025. The scheduling was tight but despite the rainy week, the installation manager, Rony S. worked with me to get the installation done between rainstorms. Top shelf experience with Monroe CT store across the board. Jeff in the store quickly helped us choose the perfect barn shed showing us all the options. Michelle promptly called us about scheduling a delivery date which we had to change twice, which she was happy to accommodate. Diego and Jose skillfully delivered the barn through a narrow opening to the back corner of our yard and placed it with 1/4” of where I had marked the position on the pad! Absolutely poor customer service! I walked into the store fully intending to purchase a basketball hoop for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment I stepped in. The salesperson at the desk didn’t even bother to get up or greet me. When I asked about the court, he simply pointed toward the back without any further assistance or engagement.
