They did a wonderful job on my very odd, antique chair and it is now a thing of beauty to behold. We are about to take a couple more antiques to him for reupholstering because he is just THAT good. (Don't waste his time with pillow covers like the person who gave only one star! That's like asking a michelin star chef to make you a cup of tea.)

This review deals strictly with customer service, and not with quality of workmanship, as my project never got to that stage. Dropped off two decorative pillows in June/July for recovering. Pretty straightforward job; I even provided the fabric. Owner said he is always very busy, and I should check back in a couple of months. Over the last five years, we have had many pieces of furniture reupholstered by Lou at Best Impressions. We could not be more pleased. His work is amazing. Lou just rebuilt and recovered in leather four antique dining room chairs for us. They are absolutely beautiful!!!! I will never go anywhere else.
