This is definitely NOT the best hypnotherapy. She assessed me on the phone. I spilled my heart and she said she understood and can help me. Then she ghosts my call. Then messages me that she can refer me to someone else. She doesn't actually care. Don't be fooled

I have anxiety with driving lately and the first session with Carolyn helped immensely! Definitely recommend this type of alternative therapy! I’m going to schedule several more sessions and look forward to overcoming this anxiety!

I love Carolyn!! She is such a kind and warm woman, perfect temperament for this line of work. During the consultation, she helped me feel safe and comfortable about what the process would be like, as this was my first ever hypnotherapy session. Her space was tidy and refreshing.
