Fred is very rude and horrible to deal with. The stove they brought was damaged. The black gloss finish of the grate on the burner is peeling off from the flame leaving black flakes on the stove.
This company organized the removal of a refrigerator from the floor above my apartment. I recognize that refrigerators are large, heavy and cumbersome objects to remove. However, they created a mess in the hallways- damaging wall art the entire way down from the 4th floor to the ground floor. They put a bunch of stuff in front of my door, to make their job easier.
