The management Joe is very Professional. Between him and Ryan the repair tech they got my tub up and running as soon as the parts came in.
I had a leak in my hot tub recently and one of my friends said to give best hot tubs a call. Truly an amazing company with great customer service to get me an appointment set up. Their repairman Ryan fixed my leak quickly and even gave me a few tips to prevent future leaks. Great guy and an even better repairman. 10/10 would recommend Best Hot Tubs to anybody who has a hot tub!!!
If I could give negative stars I would. The least professional company I have ever dealt with. No one knows what the other one is doing. I have waited for three months for them to repair my hot tub. Still waiting. They have one guy who sort of knows how to fix hot tubs and he has them wrapped around his finger. He works whenever he wants. Which isn't often. He never answers his phone, even when the boss calls him. They have told me the only way they know he isn't working that day is if they haven't heard from him by 11 am. T... read more
