Best hot tub repair is by far the best place to get your hot tub parts, not only are they the only one with parts but John was very friendly, hands down best place to get your hot tub parts
If you need a hot tub repair these guys are the best. They were here quickly and did excellent work. John (owner) is great to work with as well as Ryan who repaired my tub. Highly recommend.
Update: I called John on 6/10 since he hasn’t responded to any of my texts in over a month. He said he was driving and would call back in a couple of hours and never did, it’s now 5 days later and ghosted me again. He also said he ordered replacement clips and did not order a new panel. When I recently took the panel off I noticed the front panel does not use clips like the side so the tech was mistaken when he said the clips broke. Lowering my star review from 3 to 1. I’ve been using Best Hot Tub repair for several years for repairs. Quick to reply and get me on their schedule. I had to have them out in January due to a heater failure on my tub. Unfortunately during the repair, a couple of the clips that hold the front panel in place broke. The tech didn’t let me or John (the owner) know and used screws to put the panel on. Gave them a call and they got me in their schedule the following morning. Even took time on the phone to try and handle the situation prior to sending anyone out and being charged. Quality, efficient, and knowledgeable work! Willl be contacting them for any future needs without question.
