Excellent customer service! Reasonable, prompt, professional. Next day service. Technician detected issue and they relayed issue to me right away. Very affordable and reliable. John and his service tech Ryan continue to provide me with great customer service. They recently replaced an old motor and now my hot tub runs great and it’s much quieter. I’d highly recommend them!

Disorganized, Not Thorough, and Disrespectful – AVOID This was hands down one of the most infuriating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any service provider. I spoke with this gentleman over the phone and explained the issues I was having with my hot tub. I had already paid an electrician $200 to come out, and he couldn’t determine whether the problem was with the hot tub or the electrical outlet. His advice?
