Excellent customer service! Reasonable, prompt, professional. Next day service. Technician detected issue and they relayed issue to me right away. Very affordable and reliable.
John and his team were great. He talked through troubleshooting on the phone before coming out, was clear with possibilities of the problem and estimates, and got my hot tub back in action. Will reach out again with any spa needs!
My pump and motor went out on our hot tub called and sent pictures Olof part number was told it may be a week before they could come out which I was fine with got a call next day that they would have an opening to come repair also asked to have a jet looked at they fixed that too great customer service knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile 10/10 would recommend
They were the only hot tub repair to give me the time of day. They came out quickly and fixed the issue right away. They were very friendly and super affordable. I can’t rave about them enough.
