I’ve been using Best Hot Tub repair for several years for repairs. Quick to reply and get me on their schedule. I had to have them out in January due to a heater failure on my tub. Unfortunately during the repair, a couple of the clips that hold the front panel in place broke. The tech didn’t let me or John (the owner) know and used screws to put the panel on. Gave them a call and they got me in their schedule the following morning. Even took time on the phone to try and handle the situation prior to sending anyone out and being charged. Quality, efficient, and knowledgeable work! Willl be contacting them for any future needs without question.
They tried to overcharge us for a pump that didn't even need to be replaced. I just figured out how to leave this review. (my mom's English is not good) We called another company and got it taken care of.
Outstanding service, technician John helped diagnose my hot tub problem, answered my layman's questions and made sure to give me tips on resetting the circuit breaker to see if that would help first. He had an eye toward safety as well, reminding me when I did my checks to make sure things were in the proper position. Our hot tub stopped heating during the near zero temperatures in late Feb-26. Best Hot Tub Repair quickly arrived to diagnose the issue. They needed to order a part and replace it the next day. Due to the extremely low temperature, they even temporarily installed a small electric heater in the hot tub cabinet to ensure nothing froze. We’ve used Best Hot Tub Repair on a couple occasions the last several years. Always on time, explain the issue, and have fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend them.
