Disappointed with the company response. We had two separate parts of the gutter fall after they cleaned them by using a high powered blower. Refused to acknowledge it may have been related. Best blamed the gutter age and weather. Never had an issue until that gutter cleaning and had two separate issues immediately thereafter...
Absolutely worst management. My neighbor uses Best. They serviced them yesterday Thursday April 13. This morning I came out to this damage. See pictures below. Called Best. They promptly sent supervisor, Pete who inspected, and contacted the crew who told THEIR supervisor they didn’t do this damage, and left me this note. Obviously done by Best as you can see they scalped my neighbors grass too. If not done by them, then by who? They were here YESTERDAY. Easy way out, deny, deny, deny, even when completely guilty.
