We have purchased and sold 7 different homes and this was, by far, the worst title company I have dealt with. When I received the figures for selling our home prior to closing ( which I had to request) I questioned the number for my payoff to our current mortgage as it was lower than what I knew the payoff to be. I questioned the figure and was told the figure was accurate. One day after signing all closing papers, we were notified they were wrong and did have the wrong payoff.
