We've had a wonderful experience purchasing our DreamHome within our budget, Wonderful Customer Service :-)
Last time I looked, there were some nice homes, with decent prices. Cheaper, if you're looking to go with something as plain as possible. Unfortunately, they don't have any land home packages. You would have to find or have your own land.
Went there this weekend. Nice Selection, met Michael. Very friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrated in depth knowledge of their products. Very pleased to know there is a resource like that local to the area.
We are just started the process of purchasing a home and so far the experience has been delightful! Jenna and Mike have been nothing but helpful!
