This company was sent by Whirlpool to repair an oven cord that is under factory warranty (less than a year old). The service man was rude multiple times on the phone and even left curse words on my answering machine. He stated he didn't have the parts to fix the problem today and it would be tomorrow before he could fix it. After complaints were made to the office regarding his behavior and only excuses were made for him, he said it would be tomorrow. Had service call today someone at Best Home Solutions moved to Monday with out telling me not good Customer Service Skills at all ...............................

had a warranty claim back in november of 2014 to replace the door on my oven not only has it still not be repaired there has been no phone calls no attempt to even give me an update, im not a happy camper, not only has this place dropped the ball but so has Lowes and Samsung - questioning doing business with any of them again

Not a fan. I bought a reconditioned Maytag refrigerator and when I had issues Whirlpool/Maytag scheduled this company to service the fridge. The repair man who came out was courteous and professional and reported that he needed to order a part and that it would take about 1 week. That's where everything fell off the wheels.
