This review is not on the service or the technicians…I will admit Top Notch in my view…but, I would like to say, that I got a quote for AC repair from you guys…and I must say, I was surprised….that name, “Veteran” means something to me. As a 3x War Vet, Bronze Star recipient…I called this company thinking they want to serve the people in the best way possible (and I’m sure they do) but the quote I was given was OUTRAGEOUS!!! Horribly overpriced compared to their competitors. This company quoted me $380 for a simple surge protector installation. They also wasted time by sending someone to my house to look at my surge protector (HEPD80) after I already provided them with the system/product specifications. I got a quote from All Phase Electric for $284, which is a little better than Veteran, but ultimately I went with SWFL Electrical Services LLC as they quoted me $125 for the install (without having to come to my house) and then honored the quoted... read more

Quoted me a price over the phone, told me we were all set and they would send me an email and get scheduled. They didn't get back to me so I called and they said they can't take the job because the AC units are in a commercial property. These are just normal AC units not like commercial refrigeration so I couldn't understand what the issue was. All we needed was twice a year inspections and maintenance.
