AC system wasn't working, I called Veterans Air. Tech came and spent half an hour and told me system needed to be replaced, changed $286. Then Veterans Air tech spent an hour talking me into a new $22,000.00 system. I have them $5286.00. After Veterans Air tech Left I started having doubts. Wasn't super impressed with Veteran from the beginning but the most recent experience with them was horrendous. Several visits for a problem, triple the mark up for parts, techs are commission and care more about selling you stuff then solving your problem. Literally wanted me to replace a less then one year old system that was under warranty for thousands of dollars. I called and asked for a new tech and to speak with management about what work was performed, denied a different tech and assured "management" would call back.... read more

Recently Best Home Services merged with the company Verteran Air. We were not really happy with the shady way they showed us photos, but was poor at explaining things. I think time will tell... but this company does not deserve the high rating we once gave Best Home Services or Veteran Air.
