I booked them 2 days prior to needing them for between 8-11, at 11 they called to say it would be between 1-4pm. At 5:15 they called and said it would be at 7 so I told them I would reschedule. Agin, I book them a day in advance, between 1-4, get a call at 3:30 saying they will be there between 4-6pm.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and went over and above to correct this matter. Thank you for this! My property manager called Best Home Services, Tech Anthony, gave an estimate for a arching breaker repair for $7,632.00. I called Condee, whom I always have used, tech Jorge showed up late afternoon within a half hour and fixed the problem for $430.00. By the way my wrong diagnosis and 1 hour service charge from Best Home Services was over $350.00. Christy

Quoted a service fee and made it clear that the repair would determine cost. Service man called me when on his way and demanded another $249.00 to diagnose. Outrageous, but I needed the repair so I said okay after he said this money would go towards the final bill. He called again within minutes to report that the feed lines to my washing machine were plugged up. He said the cost of replacing the lines would blow my mind. $549.00. He was right. Horrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs! Beware Upgraded my breaker box and was having a NEMA 6-50 plug installed. They showed up late, one guy left and then the remaining guy had to stay until 11:00 pm. They installed the wrong breaker box and did not have the NEMA 6-50 plug. They had to come back and did not show up when they scheduled the replacement. Finally a guy showed up 3 days after it was scheduled and did complete the work.
