Horrible AFTER PAYING OVER $300,000 Destroyed my yard, landscape Always left materials trash in yard None of the inside doors fit proper Installed dishwasher, not accessible to operate Wall inside not smooth Bedroom closets untouched Consultant don’t monitor worker THE LIST GOES ON Destroyed all of my window covering and did not replace them. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I made the mistake of going with them after I received a cold call marketing them. Initially the salesguy/ contractor (Matthew) was nice, and seemed to know what he was doing, until the work actually started. Matthew was the point person for this entire thing. He didn't communicate a timeline, expected completion date or total cost/ budget for the work at all even when I asked for it. I signed up for a new HVAC and new windows/ doors. Don’t trust these people. They are also affiliated with Modernized Home Remodeling and seem to just bounce their office number back a forth between the 2 companies. They are very pushy when it comes to the sale as well as signing a completion paper before the work is done. They started my project back in January and worked very hard for 3 weeks until they vanished right before the final step of just finishing the exterior painting. Which if you have ever painted is the easiest part. Ultimately this company sub contracts all ... read more
