Unfortunately this office does not have staff to cover an area when something happens and the aid is unavailable so patients are left with no care until that aid comes back. The aid that my mother has is wonderful and we are thankful for her but the company should have staff available to cover her area if she is unable to.
Y’all really are the best home health care! I got the best care and quality. Thank you to all your nurses and therapists!
