Its a scam. The company promised me the coverage for transmission and engine repair. I was paying monthly for 2 years, spent almost 4,000$. Right now my Mechanic trying to open the claim to fix my engine and claim department says they can only cover 500$. Don't waste your time and money!
I’m high risk pregnant and politely telling them I’m not interested they call twice a day all hours it’s really stressful and i may seek legal representation. If anyone is interested please message me together we can stop these horrible bully’s .
Dealing with Best Home and Auto has been nothing short of a nightmare. They do not honor their contract and will find any excuse possible to avoid covering a claim. Even when using mechanics they themselves recommend, they still refuse to cover the repairs. I paid for coverage for almost a year, trusting that I would be protected if something serious happened. Harrassment is best way to describe company, im on do not call list, block number and they call next day from different number, asked numerous times for them to stop calling and nothing, do your research first, my truck has warranty from dealership for one, second I would never buy the crap your selling, I will be reporting to bbb for Harrassment, and if that doesn't work I will contact an attorney
