We needed quotes for options to heat our new ensuite. We appreciated the thorough quotes and were able to choose the one best suited for us. Some delivery issues happened which delayed the start date, but we were kept informed with good and easy communication and it didn’t take long once all the supplies came in. Richard was very good at communicating the process of his work and he was very knowledgeable, took his time to do the work and explain it to me, and quoted me for a new sump pump. I would like to have him come back for future service calls.
