No joke this is the Best company to call for your home HVAC needs. We had Frank install a forced air furnace several years ago for us, and have since invited him to service our A/C. We also had a warranty claim on a defective product (not his fault, it was the manufacturer) and he handled it with ease. He is timely, careful and honest. Great communication with waiting for parts.
