Went there for a follow up, had an excellent experience especially the office manager Sumera was very professional.
Be very diligent in looking at your billing. We paid two bills we owed. A bill for one of the visits was sent again and was paid thinking it was a new bill for something else insurance had not covered. A third bill for the same visit was sent so we looked into our account. We had paid one bill twice. Brought it to Billings attention and told we would be reimbursed within 5-10 business days. No check came. Called again. No response. Emailed office, told would send to management. No response or reimbursement. Beware!
