I would not recommend this salon. The haircut itself was fine, but the experience afterward was unacceptable. The stylist took my credit card and tapped it on the machine herself without properly showing or confirming the amount. When I asked for a receipt, she refused to provide one or even let me see it. Instead, she gave multiple excuses about taxes being 15% or blaming my credit card company for the extra charge, which made no sense. Worst experience ever. Completely unreasonable. Poster in the store front says haircut 15 & up. The lady didn’t blow loose hair off after cutting. Then told me hair cut was 25.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for a simple trim, but the hairdresser completely ruined my hair. The cut is uneven, poorly done, and looks very unprofessional—nothing close to what I asked for. What made the situation even worse was the lack of basic professionalism. After haircut, I gave her my credit card for the payment, and she billed $30.80 (it was supposed to be $15 +HST). I was shocked and asked why it's too much. She said TAX TAX. I am so disappointed of this behaviour.

I witnessed the owner of the salon lock a lady in her store because she wanted to go get cash to pay for the hair cut and she wanted to keep her phone and bag as well. The owner then proceeded to cut my hair while rushing to block the customer from leaving to get the money. The cops had to be called to let the customer out who paid her for the service. The owner is MENTALLY deranged. There are no signs in her place that says cash only. The customer proceeds to pay with credit or debit card. I had to call the cops silently as... read more
