I came in with a difficult situation — a large matted section and very dry, damaged hair — and Silvana handled it with such care and professionalism. She took her time, washed and conditioned my hair properly, and made the right decision to cut and blend it so it looked natural. She even checked and refined the cut after blow-drying to make sure everything was aligned. What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely wanted to help.
