Horrible service ever!! For the past years hes been scamming people , i waited 2-3days for him to get me in & when he got me in he just told me what ill be getting and told me to leave without any paperwork! I called couple days later and they said they havent sent in my paperwork to the irs, so i was upset and came in , then he sent it in and printed out my paper work for me but didnt give me all my paperwork that needed to be given to me, scam artist i would not recommend this place please do yourself a favor and go somewh... read more
Waited 4 hours and they did nothing but drink coffee and eat bread. had a whole group of people sitting there.
i would put zero. this man made me wait for over 4 hours for no absolute reason! i was there since 7:30 in the morning and haven’t been called since. they’re always on the phone with their friends while they’re working with someone else. do not go here.
SCAM ARTIST. DO NOT GO HERE. He made multiple mistakes on my tax returns and now I received a letter from the IRS due to his work. On top of that, he stole over $1800 worth of my refund money. I have been trying to contact him since, but he won't answer the phone, return calls/texts, and he is never in the office. Disgusting behavior.
