We had a 2:00 PM appointment for a windshield replacement and were initially told it would take about 1.5 hours. After driving all the way from Covington to Metairie, we were informed upon arrival that the wait would actually be 2–3 hours. Not wanting to waste the trip or time, we called Best Glass and we’re so glad we did. They told us they could have it done in about 1.5 hours, and they delivered exactly that. I would give 10 stars if I could, Chris at Best glass did a great job on installing a new windshield in our vehicle for a fraction of the cost that those crooks at Safelite wanted to charge us and didn't even need it calibrated which turns out to be a scam that they tell people and charge an extra $300.00. I recommend this company highly.
