This is my second time purchasing from Best Furniture and I'm not disappointed. You get the BEST vibe when you go into the store and the owner is a HOOT he makes you feel like family. He greets you with the warmest welcome and smile . COUSIN - We're family. If you haven't visit him go check him out.
The furniture quality is decent, but I was very disappointed with the delivery experience. Once assembly and delivery were completed, I was left to dispose of all the packaging, boxes, and debris myself. This wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and in my opinion, it should be clearly stated as part of a disclaimer. Had I known, I likely wouldn’t have made the purchase. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency has ensured I won’t be returning as a customer.
