They are so sympathetic here. I had put my dog down September 13th. And come to Christmas holidays someone came to my door and left a beautiful ceramic bone shaped ornament that had my dog's name on it. I think that was the kindesy thing anyone could ever do.

We first used their cremation services for our dog and we were so impressed we called Gary again when our Mom was about to pass. Gary handled all arrangements with the nursing home and the cemetery and followed our Mom’s wishes perfectly. He’s kind, compassionate and generous with his time and attention to detail at times when people are vulnerable, remaining personally involved throughout the entire process, even on a holiday weekend.

I've been using Gary for a couple years now for my pets. He came Highly Recommended to me by several of my friends that had recently lost their beloved pets. Gary is so AMAZING! He is compassionate, caring and understanding. I always feel as though my prescious babies will be safe in his hands. When returned, I feel warm and comforted. Never before have we experienced the love and care of our lost family companion as we have at Best. They provide an amazing service for those losing their pets who have such shorter lives than ours. We truly appreciate the respect and thoughtfulness of every step they took from acceptance of our pet to remembrance of our companion at the holiday. Thank you Gary and family for your compassion.
