Since we're on vacation we're so happy we found such a wonderful vet hospital. They got us in quickly and care was awesome. The doctor and staff were so friendly and caring and our dog Marley was well taken care of.
I found Best Friends Veterinary Hospital on line. They made it so easy to book an appointment online, even dealing with an urgent care appointment. They took care of my GSD the same day. Surgery scheduled within 24 hrs and at an incredible low cost. The care and attention my GSD received was excellent. Can not say enough positive things about the staff and Dr. Courtney Madewell. Everything you want in a Vet.
I took my fox Elvis and for a serious situation that needed to be addressed immediately. Everyone through every step of the way was super friendly, caring and educated. I never felt rushed and every question I had I was answered with kind caring answers. Elvis had to have surgery and although I was nervous for him I knew he was in very good hands !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 100 !
Smokey had a rough time with allergies, but the staff was incredibly friendly and eased all my worries! They even helped me get his medicine at a great price, and I really appreciated being able to make my own decisions. The follow-up call the next day was a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely keep bringing Smokey here and recommend them to everyone!
I am very disappointed with this place.... I honestly think that they didn't want me to visit anymore... Every time I went to get my dogs nails clipped they would raise the price.... I was paying $48.00 just for a nail clipping,and they didn't even file them. I will find another vet to go to. And I will let everyone I know not to go there.....
