This clinic doesn't deserve any star. Took our pet Saturday, paid for the emergency visit which is $250. The doctor said it was just upset stomach. After few days we took our pet back to them we found out he has kidney failure. And then we have to put our beloved baby to sleep. Kidney disease progresses just within days. If the first vet diagnosed my poor baby correctly, he should have been still alive today.
ZERO stars for a pathetic excuse for a vet clinic. DO NOT subject your animal to such poor quality vets and the staff. Very rude staff. Vets do not care for your pet. One vet was even afraid to touch my dog. This clinic tries to take your money for things that are not needed. Do not waste your time and money and potentially your animal’s life on this clinic. After thousands of dollars, both of my dogs died as a result of lack of care and knowledge!! Save your animal’s life and choose another vet. Facility has done down the... read more
when I looked for a good vet clinic that was real close to my home(within 2 miles) this one came up. Annji got her shots here and some minor ailments. She developed small skin bumps. Being a blue dobie its almost normal. One of them started to ooze stuff and I cleaned the area. I called the vet at the clinic and they left a note for the doc to call me. NO CALL after 24 hours. and no call after I visited the clinic and requested a call from any one of the vets. Again NO CALL as of 4:15 PM. they are very pricey and just becau... read more
What was once a place of caring and concern for my precious pets has turned into a practice with only one concern..... money. I trusted my Australian Shepard to Best Friends for over 14 years. I invested many thousands of dollars in him with Best Friends looking for the best care. Yet in the last week of his life, when I called to renew two prescriptions for him, I was told the vet would need to see him in order to fill the prescriptions. So, instead of $130 for the refills, I walked out with a bill for $621 that inclu... read more
Best Friends in Crossville really are best friends. My 13 year old cat had vomiting and diarrhea and the vet I have gone to for nearly 20 years wanted to see him in 3 days. He would have been dead by them. Best Friends saw me that morning as an emergency case and I have been going there with 2 cats ever since. Thank you, thank you for your caring staff and vets. You all are the best friends any pet could have. Diana Jones
If you don't mind waiting, they provide a good service and are very good with my pets. I had a 8am appointment and I called and checked in at 7:55am, at 8:15am 3 patient cars in the parking lot, 15 staff cars, still waiting. 8:20am 3 workers come out and start taking pets in and checking you in.
